Most of our volunteer positions require volunteers to be at least 18 years old. However, we do have specially designed youth volunteer programs for those aged 14-17 with parental consent and supervision.
No, we have many remote volunteer opportunities available for those located anywhere in India or even internationally. These include content creation, social media management, research, and virtual mentoring. On-site opportunities are primarily in Bihar, Jharkhand, and Uttar Pradesh.
Yes, all volunteers receive an orientation about our organization and specific training related to their volunteer role. Depending on the position, training may range from a few hours to multiple days. We ensure all volunteers are properly prepared before they begin their work.
